Over the last couple days I’ve switched to a schedule that is more similar to Everyman. I take either 4.5-6 hours a night or sleep two 1.5-3 hour blocks — one at night, one during the day. I still take 20 minute naps whenever I’m tired.
Last night, I slept very little so I decided to take a 3 hour nap after lunch. Soon images began to spin through my head. I had a very, very long dream that seemed to stretch for days. It felt longer than a typical dream during monophasic sleep. Then, All of a sudden, my eyes flashed open and I was awake. (more…)
