I built it from individual parts. Fumbling around clumsily with a screwdriver around the fragile motherboard is always the scariest part for me. I tied my fingers in knots trying to get all of the miniature components in just the right places. After an hour or two, all the pieces were in place. I held my breath and hit power…
nothing.
ccrraapp.. no sound. nothing. I rechecked the connections and–well no wonder, the motherboard wasn’t being supplied any power. Fixed that and then, took a deep breath, closed my eyes, and touched the power button half-expecting some kind of explosion…
It worked.
Everything works! Yes! This nerd’s ultimate victory. And an occasion with enough celebration and energy to update this site after two months –I have to find something to do at 5 in the morning while the OS is installing.
